When it got here it was an OEM edition. Adobe's policy with OEM licenes is that they are good but they cannot be upgraded. But taking out my handy little pencil and paper and doing some quick math, I could buy the CS5 OEM when it is released and buy CS6 in a couple of years, as well, and I would now be at the place of what I would have had to pay Adobe for the non-OEM version of the CS4 software that I bought. So in the end, I am a happy camper, just a touch surprised that they don't come out and say it is OEM. Full version in OEM Packaging would be far more accurate. Office home and student 2010 check if genuine Good prices and I have gotten what I ordered.
